All services are subject to availability and inspection of the vehicle.

ESTIMATES & QUATATIONS

Any quotation or estimate provided is based on the information available at the time of inspection.

Additional faults or hidden damage discovered during repair may result in additional costs. We will contact you for approval before carrying out extra work where reasonably possible.

Quotes are typically valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.

PARTS & MATERIALS

We may use:

  • Genuine manufacturer parts

  • OEM-quality parts

  • Approved aftermarket parts

 

Part availability may affect repair times. Colours and finishes for paintwork may vary slightly due to manufacturer specifications and vehicle age.

Old replaced parts may be retained by UA Motors unless the customer requests them in advance.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

We reserve the right to:

  • Retain the vehicle until full payment is received

  • Charge interest on overdue invoices

  • Recover additional collection costs where applicable

 

Accepted payment methods may include bank transfer, card payment, or cash where permitted by law.

VECHICLE COLLECTION & STORAGE

Customers are responsible for collecting their vehicle promptly once notified that work has been completed.

Storage charges may apply for vehicles left uncollected beyond a reasonable period.

UA Motors reserves the right to exercise legal rights relating to uncollected vehicles under applicable UK law.

Any personal information provided through this website or during service bookings will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

PRIVACY

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Customers must:

  • Provide accurate vehicle information

  • Inform us of known faults or previous repairs

  • Ensure personal belongings are removed from the vehicle

 

UA Motors is not responsible for loss or damage to valuables left inside vehicles.

WARRANTY
